Helicopter Tour, Helicopter Hire, Helicopter Rent, Helicopter Charter, Helicopter Service , Chartering fee: (a) Flight cost tk, 45,500/= per Flying hour of flight.other then normal air transportation if flying involves Ariel film shooting,leaflet dropping Etc the per hour flight cost will be 30%more. (b) Ground waiting cost: tk. 8,000/= for first hour and tk. 6000/= for subsequent each hour. Tk . 25,000/= consolidated for over night ground waiting .if over night ground waiting is planed at a place other than secured and active airport, the charter is to ensure safety and security of helicopter. (c) 15% vat to be added on the total bill (flying cost + ground waiting charge). (d) Minimum cost for one route will be 30 minutes of flying cost. (e) Fuel cost and insurance will be covered by the company. Booking: (a) Booking to be done by E-mail or mobile call. (b) your request should include the following information: (i) Route
(ii) Date of departure
(iii) Time of departure
(iv) passenger list (if passenger list include foreigners, their nationality , passport number, validity of passport to be mentioned) with occupation, address and telephone numbers. Terms of payments: (i) Written request for helicopter should accompany 50% of the total cost, rest 50% to be paid before the flight. (ii) Please make payment in cash. Total 03 passenger , Security: (i) Chatterer is to ensure security if the helicopter in the landing area (while on ground) (ii) a flag is to be hoisted close to the landing area (on top of the high tree/building /bamboo pole) Cancellation: (i) 36 hours before the flight schedule-forfeiture of 50% of total cost . (ii) Within 24 hours prior to flight schedule forfeiture of 75% of total cost. Note:- (1) Flight may be delayed or Cancelled due to bad weather , technical reasons or unavoidable circumstances. Terms and Condition:
1. We provide air-conditioned transport with experienced driver, fuel, parking fees, Toll fee and ferry charges.
2. 10hours and 200 km run inside Dhaka city and 250km run outside Dhaka city is permissible. Usage of vehicle in excess of this limit will be charged as per rates mentioned above. Minimum charges will be applied when a vehicle is used for less than 3-hrs, while for more than 3hrs is considered as full day.
